Received bike, not in working order waiting for replacement parts
I received my bike in the mail after about eight or nine days and upon opening the bike there was a few things that were not working. One of these was the front brakes and other was small parts to the controller and the front axle piece. There has been a slow response to getting these replacement parts so I could use my bike. The bike looks great and I bet it’s gonna work great but I haven’t been able to use it since it has been delivered a week and a half ago because it was not in working order and the replacement parts are taking too long to get to me. I am very excited about my bike and can’t wait to use it, but I am extremely frustrated that I spent this much money on something and have to wait weeks Before I could use it and I’m just staring at it sitting in my living room pretty bummed out
