The bike is wonderful BUT!
The bike is wonderful. Having a ball with it. However the shifter was broken upon arrival but you sent me a replacement. I took it to a lectric bike dealer and the swapped it out for me. Cost was $75 but they did a good job. I feel this should have been a direct bill item but the online representative did not reply to my email so I fixed it on my own dime. Not a pleasant experience considering the cost of the bicycle.
