My experience with Lectric started out very frustrating. I originally ordered two XP Lite 2.0 e-bikes, but the shipping process took much longer than expected. A shipping label was created, yet there was very little movement or useful information afterward. I often felt that I was receiving generic responses instead of clear and accurate updates. Full disclosure: Lectric honored my request and refunded the original order. About a week later, I reordered the bikes because my wife really wanted them. The second order eventually arrived, but we have not ridden the bikes yet, so I cannot honestly review their performance, comfort, or reliability at this time. This review is mainly about my purchasing and shipping experience. I appreciate that Lectric issued the refund when requested, but the delays and lack of clear communication took away much of the excitement. I believe the company needs to provide more realistic delivery estimates and be more transparent when orders are delayed. Once we have ridden the bikes and had time to properly evaluate them, I plan to update this review with our experience.
