They are thieves. If you cancel the order even before they are shipped and it’s is being “processed” after they receive the payment, they only refund 50% of what you paid. This is the option: 1. Continue the order with a 5% refund on the item(s) value;2. Continue the order and receive a 10% discount coupon for a future purchase;3. Cancel the order with 50% of the item(s) value and shipping fee if it was included;
