Extremely terrible customer service
Extremely terrible customer service. They post different information when purchasing the ticket, and when you get the ticket, the information comes out differently. There was no meal service in my flight, so I was requesting to add on, and they charged an additional fee from the airline's cost. Because there was no meal plan, but according to the advertisement, there was. And I said I still need my meal plan because the long-haul flight did not respond well. And then I got a customer service email that said, "Oh, we can't help you," and that's pretty much it. That means because I was arguing with them, they did not continue with the service and help me further. And when you seek out customer service, the service is so bad. After that, because I was asking a lot of questions, they did not even offer the meal service to me. Never again.
