An Extremely Disappointing and terrible Experience with Batik Air. I booked two tickets for my brother and me from Kuala Lumpur to Kathmandu on 2 September 2026. Since booking, the flight schedule changed more than five times, including once less than 24 hours before departure. Just before heading to the airport, I called Batik Air to confirm our departure time, and they told me it was 2:30 PM. However, when we arrived at the airport, we were informed by customs that the flight had been delayed to 5:30 PM. Gate and customs service were unprofessional, and the onboard meal was overpriced. This was my first and last flight with Batik Air. I would not fly with them again under any circumstances, even for free. If you need to rely on your schedule, absolutely you cannot trust Batik Air.
