Very disappointed with GMKtec’s after-sales support My G3 stopped working, and I spent months emailing GMKtec and repeatedly following up, with periods of no response. I provided the requested details and video evidence and tried to resolve everything privately. GMKtec eventually offered me a free G3 Plus barebones replacement, which I appreciate. However, after I replied with important questions about the return and replacement process, they have now ignored my emails for 4 days. After months of chasing support, it is extremely frustrating to still be waiting for basic communication. A product failure can happen, but the way a company handles its customers afterward shows its true commitment to customer service. I paid good money because I trusted GMKtec as a reputable brand. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously damaged that trust. GMKtec, customers should not have to repeatedly chase you for weeks and months just to get a response. This is extremely disappointing and, frankly, shameful after-sales service.
