Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Got the run around for two days. Repo’d my car from impound before I could get it, even though my loan was current and we called for days trying to get them to cancel their appointment for the release so that we could make the appointment to pick it up. They just want to charge us repossession fees. Don’t ever use this loan company.
