Wrong parts. They wont make it right
I ordered a Tusk wheel. It comes with wheel spacers. The wheel spacers they gave me where incorrect. One was about a half inch to small causing the wheel to rock back and forth when mounted the the forks. I let the warranty dept know and sent them a picture of the spacers shown next to the stock ones so they could see the size difference. They keep telling that the ones that come on the Tusk wheels are correct. They checked their inventory and the spacers one the Tusk wheels and correct! Ha. I can't beleive what I'm hearing here. The ones they sent are wrong. I dont care what their inventory shows. This makes no sense at all. Do they have 14 year old kids running their warranty dept with zero life experience? We have been going round and round for days now. Somebody help!!!
