Poor coverage and service
Very easy to set up but service was quite poor in some spots (I was using throughout Italy and France) and my phone (iPhone 16) seemed to be working hard to find signal and running down battery/overheating. Unfortunately, in those spots I just ended up roaming on my home carrier as I needed to have reliable coverage.
