⭐ 1/5 — NEVER AGAIN! I honestly regret ordering from Futelle. The clothes I received were VERY poor quality and looked completely different from the pictures on their website. What you see online and what actually arrives at your door are two different things. And their return policy? A complete misery. You can’t even simply return the items. You have to email them first, wait for them to approve your return, and then they’re supposed to give you the return address. I followed EVERY step they asked me to follow, and they just kept turning me around. Email after email, excuse after excuse, and they still never sent me the return address or gave me my refund. So basically, I’m stuck with clothes I don’t want because they won’t properly process the return. And pleaseeee I will NEVER put those poor-quality clothes on my pretty skin. Absolutely not. Save yourself the headache. The pictures may look cute, but based on my experience, the quality and especially the return process are NOT worth it. Futelle, I don’t want your clothes. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
