Great Experience with Elehear Two Months In
Our family has been using Elehear Beyond hearing aids now for nearly two months, and they have completely changed our way of life for the better. My father's hearing and quality of life have improved significantly since this purchase. He can hear much better and participate more in everyday conversations. The customer support has been excellent whenever we have a question or concern. Our experience has been that their support and customer service have been fast, responsive, and attentive. For those that aren't the most technologically savy, you may struggle as the setup is primarily done via smartphone, but I was able to help my father navigate the process. We are deeply satisfied with the Elehear brand, their product, and their customer support. They are an all-around great company, and I am very happy I chose this company over ones that had similar offerings. I would recommend this company if you are looking for an excellent choice of hearing aid for the price point.
