I was a big fan of the ELEHEAR Beyond Pro hearing aids. I could finally hear the birds in the morning, hear my wife speaking clearly and watching TV with the sound played in my ears. I have a VIZIO TV and it handles the sound perfectly. The only draw back I had was not being to hear my wife in adjoining room. I have a guitar room where I play quietly while I watch TV. I stepped up to the Beyond 2 Pro and it was an amazing difference! 360 degree sound was great! The Beyond 2 HA are robust in sound with many options for adjustments. Customer service is wonderful and the turn around for getting the hearing aids was 4 days.
I had purchased the Elehear Beyond and after about 30 days I was not quite sure that they were going to work out. It was difficult for me to get them in without two mirrors and even then they would regularly pop out. I checked in with Customer Service and they recommended that I try a set of longer receiver wires. I was not aware that this was an option. Elehear sent a set of longer wires and an installation kit. I watched the installation videos and the replacements were easy and only took a few minutes. I was very impressed with the information, the product, and the ease of swapping them in. The design and packaging, and the additional touch of including extra pins and o-rings since they might be easily lost did not go unnoticed. The new fit was amazing. I did not need two mirrors to put the hearing aids on -- they fit right in and felt great. I realize now that the old receiver wires were too short and that the hearing aids were riding too high. And I also now realize that the receivers were not going all the way into the ear canal, which compromised their function. Having everything working OK was a very gratifying surprise today. The hearing aids are functioning so much better and I can hear more with less volume. My recommendation is to simply communicate any issues to Customer Service. Their responses were rapid and very helpful.
I needed longer receiver wires for my Beyond Pro hearing aids. I contacted the company and they replied immediately along with instructions on how to replace the wires. They sent the wires, sent me tracking information and several follow ups. I received the wires today and they were super easy to switch out.
I have the ELEHEAR Beyond Pros and the Delights. They both perform and fit better than the others that have been professionally fitted and sold to me. I especially like the delights because they are very comfortable and stay in place when I’m changing my glasses. The company support is excellent. They do their best to make sure their products work for you and it shows with their app and support team.
I have had my pair of Elehear Beyond for 5 months. They fit very comfortably. They help my hearing and tinnitus. I like the blue tooth feature and feel they have helped my hearing. I did the hearing test and got a custom setup from their audiologist. I did have one minor issue recently and it was resolved quickly through email. Great customer service.
After wearing the Beyond Pro aids for a few months I was having trouble with ear pain and feedback. I ordered new domes, but they were too small to fit correctly. After contacting customer support, they shipped me a new set of domes that fit correctly, as well as longer wires that fit much better as well. Good service!
I bought the Elehear pro hearing aids. They had been working fine. Started having trouble with the right one. Called customer service. At first they said they would send me the right one. Then I got an email from a very nice lady (Ann) stating they were sending me both. I have received the new ones and I am back to hearing. The whole experience was great. Outstanding customer service. I recently had an issue with one of my Beyond hearing aides where the speaker connection came loose and would not stay. I reached out to inquire about a replacement and Ann did a fantastic job of getting me a replacement aide and arranging for me to send back my faulty one. I was back up and functioning in less than a week.
The Beyond Pro's have been life changing. I've had a couple questions/issues over the last year and without hesitation Elehear stepped up. Most recently warranty exchanged both HA's for me after nearly a whole year when I had an issue with only the left one.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I Can’t Believe the Difference! Today I realized something that honestly amazed me: I didn’t have to say “What did you say?” a single time all day! Before getting my ELEHEAR Beyond hearing aids, conversations often sounded muffled. I could hear that someone was talking, but I couldn’t always make out the actual words. I was constantly asking people to repeat themselves, and after a while, that became both frustrating and embarrassing. The difference with these hearing aids has been incredible. The sound is so crisp and clear. I drive a school bus, and I can actually hear the kids talking behind me and understand the words they are saying! That may sound like a small thing to someone with normal hearing, but when you’ve struggled to understand conversations, being able to clearly make out words again is HUGE. They were also incredibly easy to set up. The app is simple to use, the battery life has been wonderful, and I love that they connect directly to my iPhone through Bluetooth. I can answer phone calls through my hearing aids, listen to music, or listen to an audiobook right through them. I honestly didn’t realize how much I was missing until I could hear clearly again. I am so happy that I decided to purchase the ELEHEAR Beyond hearing aids. Being able to go through my day without constantly asking people to repeat themselves has made such a difference for me. So far, I am absolutely amazed by them and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Customer service was outstanding too! From ordering to receiving, to setting up, to using them and hearing people is this best thing in the world to me. Thank you Elehear for giving me my hearing back!!! You all are amazing!!! The hearing aids worked, but were not significantly better than my previous 3 year old ones from another brand. The bluetooth connection and the iPhone app were my only real complaint, as the connection was not very robust and the app did not have an easy way to turn the hearing aids off and on. However, the support was quite good, and when it came time to return them, there was no problem. From my experience, ELEhear is a quality company.

I have been extremely impressed with my Elehear Pro hearing aids and the difference they have made in my everyday life. The improvement in my hearing has been much greater than I expected, especially for an over-the-counter hearing aid. The sound quality is excellent, and I’ve noticed a huge difference in conversations and being able to hear the things around me that I had been missing. They are comfortable, easy to use, and I really like how simple it is to adjust them to my needs. One of my favorite features is how well they work with my phone. Connecting them and using them with my iPhone has been very easy, and I love being able to use my hearing aids for phone calls and other audio. I also have to say that the quality of the product and the customer service have been above and beyond what I expected. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from an over-the-counter hearing aid, but the Elehear Pro has exceeded my expectations. For the price, I think these are an outstanding value. If you're considering trying hearing aids but aren't ready to spend thousands of dollars on a traditional pair, I would definitely recommend giving the Elehear Pro a serious look. These are good, could be great. I have been wearing behind the ear hearing aids for 6 years. They are outstanding except for the noise created every time my eyeglasses move. A static noise that irritates my nervous system. Elehear Delight (ear bud style) are way MORE COMFORTABLE with none of eyeglasses noises! Bluetooth works great! Tinnitus support also good, could use some longer segments of sound so it isn't so repetitive. I love that I can have tinnitus sound playing softly and still hear conversations around me. There is a hair echo on all my own vocalizations. Eating is out of the question, they have to come out. You'll hear every disgusting chewing noise you never knew you're mouth could make. When noise control is on, there are a TON of sound artifacts. Clicks like stones falling in a cave. Only when noise control is on. Adaptive noise control works well until it starts to add the clicks/rocks. Using tinnitus sounds can help hide those, but in the long run they are a DEAL BREAKER. Without tinnitus sounds on, the clicking is crazy making. Though not as bad as the noise created by my eyeglasses cause with behind the ear hearing aids. That is why I want to get involved with future testing. Also, the control the app gives over tone and volume is OUTSTANDING! I wish my other hearing aids had that level of control, well done. Well for one thing, I placed longer ear tubes on each aid. The left aid I was not able to get the pin back in it's place all the way, so it sticks out a bit. Number two, the aids do nothing but squeal all the time. I have tried all of the different sized earbuds to no avail. Tried all the help tips provided by Elehear and nothing seems to work. I should have sent them back before the 45 day return period ended. The most horrible experience with hearing aids and I have been wearing aids for thirty years. simply the worse

I purchased my Elehear hearing aids in March of 2026. They were easy to set up and use and they worked as promised, maybe even a little better. In mid- September, I started having an issue with one of them loosing it's audio connection. I contacted Elehear and was fortunate enough to I reach Ann. Ann asked me to do some basic troubleshooting and when that didn't work, she said that they (Elehear) would send me two new replacement hearing aids at no cost. Having dealt with another hearing aid manufacturer in the past, the difference in the way they handle questions and, in my case, a non working aid was night and day. A good product and great customer service staff. Thank you Ann.
I was a 74 yo complaining how people mumbled, and missed pieces on conversations.After some family members complained, I decided to evaluate hearing aid via grok, and elehear showed up as a behind the ear hearing aid (my version was pro). I have been using them for a few months now and think they are great! My wife has a pair of $4k otocons and I think they are competitive, so give them a try! Of course, have your pcp check your ears on your annual visits.
I have Tinnitus and this is my second set of hearing aids and better than my originals. If l have a problem l only need to contact Ellehear and they have been very good about taking care of me, quickly. Service has been excellent, customer service has been excellent, and the company has supported me if and when l have a problem of any kind at all. Thank you!
