I have customized a couple of settings for different atmospheres, such as church, since we meet in a 1987 building with a high ceiling and no acoustics. At times I forget to take them off before going to bed because they are so comfortable, I forget I have them on.
I have always been frustrated that my cell phone is cheaper and has better technology that most hearing aids. Well, the tech has caught up! They are right--it does take time to get used to them, they were great out of the box, but as the weeks passes and I watched the short daily videos, I was able to get more and more out of them. I love these hearing aids and I bought a set for my mom!
I’m a musician. After years of playing keyboards in various bands, I noticed that I was starting to have difficulty distinguishing between words that sounded similar. I also noticed that I had difficulty participating in conversations at party’s and restaurants. I went to a traditional audiologist and ended up purchasing one of those high priced, prescription hearing aids. It did make a difference but I had to constantly go back and have them reprogrammed. As they were discontinued, I decided to evaluate OTC options. I did extensive research and Elehear consistently came in with very high rankings, especially considering the price. I purchased the Beyond Pro hearing aids. I was blown away by the clarity, noise suppression, and control that they provided ….. better than my high priced prescription hearing aids. I’ve since moved on to the Beyond 2 Pros. Wow! Even more clarity and noise suppression. I took the in app hearing test, submitted it to Elehear’s audiologist, and received a customized setting which made the experience even better. The company is top notch and very willing to engage with customers to make things better through superior customer service. I’m a very satisfied customer and would recommend Elehear to anyone looking to improve their hearing ability.
I had used a major named provider for several years and got tired of financing for 4 years, warrant them for 3 years and forcing you to by new aids while still paying for the older ones. Finding Elehear was a godsend for me. Excellent product for a fraction of the cost!
The ELEHEAR Beyond Pro have been fantastic and brought back a world I forgot I used to hear. Creaks in the house, the high pitch of bird song, the subtle sounds of nature at night are all back. It takes a bit of time (2 weeks) to get the aids set correctly and to feel comfortable with the change, but worth the effort. You need a good phone for the interface for adjusting tone and volume, then anything is possible. And you can send your music to your aids and still have a conversation. I am very happy with my choice.
These hearing aids sound a little different than the RIC hearing aids, but these Delights are so much more comfortable. These don’t make my ear canals itch. If I could change anything about them, it would be reducing the sound of my own voice when I’m wearing them.
Having $6000 hearing aids "die" on me, left me feeling very unhappy. Tried another otc aid, and returned it; though very slow on refund. Elehear over the ear aids have been great. With any issues, like Bluetooth hook up; the customer service did not quit helping me - until I had it correct on my end. I've been extremely pleased and continue to be with my choice of Elehear.
Today completes three months of using my Elehear Beyond Pro units full time. I am at 1285 hours of use. So far, these are by far the most effective hearing aids I have used. They are superior to my Oticon Rx units from 2016. They are superior to all of the other OTC brands of HAs I have tried since my Oticon needed to be replaced. The battery life is holding at over 15 hours per charge, unless I use VERY heavy noise cancellation (which I do when on long drives to subdue road noise). The true test will be their durability over time, which is why I have been doing these monthly updates. Just being able to take/make phone calls with the Blue Tooth function is a major enhancement for me. I am beyond well pleased.
From the start my ELEHEAR hearing aids have fit and functioned to my complete satisfaction The hearing set up was easy although I did end up setting units at a lower setting than was recommended They are easy to control with the sap for different settings And, ELEHEAR checks in several times a week to see how one is doing So much better than my $6,000 units that I never could make comfortable or wear outdoors These units do not emphasize the wind which was a big problem before I highly recommend
I am no stranger to hearing aids, these Beyond Pro aids being my fourth set. These are the most technologically advanced aids I have used, OTC or prescription. And of course, these are OTC at a small fraction of the cost of the audiologist prescribed models. If you have serious or complicated hearing problems, do see an audiologist. If you have moderate hearing loss, these are quite good. A tip: There is no such thing as one size fits all. But there is no reason for hearing aids to be uncomfortable to wear. Elehear has excellent customer service. They quickly and efficiently helped me obtain the best fit, even on a weekend.

I can hear better with Elehear hearing aids than I could with expensive prescribed hearing aids and later with Bose/exie hearing aids.
This is my fourth OTC hearing aid experience. I chose Elehear Beyond Pro. It's a nice balance between cost, sophistication, features, tech support and actual functionality. With a closed Dome and receiver in ear, I have finally managed the feedback problem that doomed the other units. The fact that your phone can serve as a remote microphone is very useful. I finally realized that my receiver wires needed to be longer so that retention would improve and glasses interference would be reduced. The company promptly shipped me the #3 longer ones and using them today was like night and day. I don't think I need the Concha plastic whisker after all. At the audiologist they had me try something similar but much more expensive at $6,000 a pair and their least expensive pair was $2,250. I just couldn't justify that price jump especially if I might wet one or lose one in the next 5 years. I'm sure the next Elehear upgrade model would be even better and still affordable... which is beyond Pro 2...

When one of my hearing aids stopped working, Customer service responded on the same day I contacted them. A lady named Ann helped me out and walked me through the process. They even paid return shipping.
I was having some issues using the Beyond Pros and contacted customer service. I received a reply from Ann in less than an hour and she was able to rectify the problem so quickly. My emails were responded to quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this company and their products!

The process of buying my Beyond Pro hearing aids has been a great experience. I was kept post as to the shipment and tracking of my order. This is a first for me so I have nothing to compare these too but I can’t imagine anything else being any better. It is in my opinion a great product. I needed longer receiver wires and they sent them to me immediately after requesting them. I took the hearing test and sent it to Elehear Audiologist and two days later I had a new tuning program based on my test results. I can honestly say that I am very pleased with both the product and the support provided by Elehear.
