Hearing aids were disappointing, but customer support was good.
The hearing aids worked, but were not significantly better than my previous 3 year old ones from another brand. The bluetooth connection and the iPhone app were my only real complaint, as the connection was not very robust and the app did not have an easy way to turn the hearing aids off and on. However, the support was quite good, and when it came time to return them, there was no problem. From my experience, ELEhear is a quality company.
