My experience with the Oneisall customer service, in particular, Olivia, was great. I originally got a litter box that did not work correctly and they replaced it for me. Unfortunately, it was not the App one I originally ordered and Olivia made sure that I got the correct one. I wish all customer service reps were as thoughtful and caring as Olivia was. She also made sure the new one was up and running properly. Customer service at its best!
I got an auto litter box with a faulty side motor. Emailed customer support and they were right on it. Sent me another, but it didn't have the app with it, which is what I originally got. They emailed me to ask if I got it, and I told them I originally got the one with the app. They sent me another with the app! This cat box is so nice and well made, but the customer service blew me away. You will love the litter box and with customer service like this, you will know that you will always be covered if anything goes wrong.
