Inaccurate booking confirmation
I did not like the stress they gave me, and had to insist on my rights just to have a better compensation. I booked and paid according to the price indicated, got the confirmation, and even during the call with the Agoda team it was confirmed that my booking is similar to their record. I arrived at the hostel only to learned that I was assigned in a different bedroom type, planned to reimburse me for 5 euros only plus refund. I had to change plans that day to attend to the booking mishap.
