1-Star Review — Very Disappointed I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. After placing my order and paying, it took quite a while before I received any meaningful updates about the status of my package. I also had no idea when ordering that the item would be shipping from China, which resulted in a longer wait than I expected. Unfortunately, when the dress finally arrived, the disappointment got even worse. The quality is absolutely horrible and, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. I consider it nothing more than TRASH. The dress I received looks nothing like the quality and appearance portrayed in the online pictures. I spent a considerable amount of time looking through the website and looking at the many beautiful dresses, trying to decide which one to purchase. I saw several other items I really wanted, but thankfully I decided to order only one item first to test the quality. I am very glad I did, because after receiving this dress, I would be extremely hesitant to purchase anything else from this company. This purchase was a waste of my money and my time. The biggest issue for me is the misleading difference between what is shown online and what is actually delivered. Buyer beware. I strongly recommend carefully considering the quality and expectations before ordering. I certainly will not be purchasing from Futelle again.
