I ordered an 40amp DC to DC charger
I ordered an 40amp DC to DC charger, didn't work when i received it. Litime replaced it with out problems. The second one did not work either, They gave me a refund and I turned around a bought a 165ah battery and all is good. Linda, my costumer service person was very helpful i getting my problem fixed. There phone communication and any response time was very quick. Just for the record, I had a 100ah Dokota Lith battery that keep running down after about 6 hours of use. I have 3 units with active target, plus nema system, I wanted dc to dc to charge from my house system, this did not work out, so went with the bigger battery instead. Problem solved, new battery performs well and have not ran it down yet.
