Bad Support
Hi everyone, I’d actually love to give it 5 stars! But it’s frustrating when the new AMS 2 Pro has issues with the internal hub unit and you have to take it apart just to prove to support that it isn’t dirty or defective. Since I’m clearly not the only one with this problem—as you can see online—and Bambu Lab has already shipped out quite a few replacement parts, the issue is obviously well known. A faster solution for manufacturing defects would certainly boost customer loyalty, but the current approach doesn't help.
