Unlawful 6-Month Fund Freeze on Order #1787341052332RX4Y
Unlawful Fund Freeze & Refusal to Review Proof – Order #1787341052332RX4Y G2G Support (Arthur Cao) is holding €513.36 of my earnings for 6 months on a COMPLETED order (#1787341052332RX4Y) because I cannot provide a private security screenshot from the buyer. The buyer has explicitly stated on the G2G order chat that they offer to provide all verification directly to G2G Support, but refuse to send private account details to me for privacy reasons. Support refuses to contact the buyer or accept the buyer's direct offer, creating an intentional deadlock to freeze seller funds. I have submitted formal complaints via email (Ticket #5790494 / #5790730) with full screenshots. I demand senior management review this case immediately and release my €513.36 to my Available Balance. UPDATE (48+ HOURS NO RESPONSE): It has been over 48 hours since I provided full-screen uncropped screenshots showing sender, recipient, date, and time for Order #1787341052332RX4Y. Ticket #5790494 is completely ignored by the BD Team. €513.36 is still unlawfully locked. Urgent Senior Management action required. FINAL UPDATE (RESOLVED AFTER 27 DAYS): The €513.36 funds were finally paid out on September 16, 2026. However, I am keeping my 1-star review. The order was completed on August 20. Even excluding the standard 14-day hold period, it took almost a full month of constant fighting, endless ticket delays, and public escalation just to receive money that was rightfully mine. The seller support process is extremely slow and frustrating. I will not be using G2G again.
