I have placed several orders in the past but with this particular order over half of the filaments (including both refills & filaments on spools) were poorly wound & tangled causing them to get stuck in my AMS 2 PRO & extruding problems. I've had numerous failed prints causing a loss/waste of filament. Including the time & work put into these. I know this happens occasionally but never this many separate colors & types in a single order. I have been very disappointed.
