Everything went better than I expected with this order. The bike is top quality, and the shipping was super fast. The customer service was the best that I've received in a long time. My daughter has since outgrown the bike, and it has become a hand-me-down for another child. I was very surprised when my daughter went straight from the balance bike to a regular bike with no help from me. She got the hard part down with the balance bike, and the rest was so easy for her to grasp. I highly recommend this company and their products.
