I placed an order and still have not received it. I have messaged back and forth a few times with the company and they have always quickly responded. I feel that they are trying to resolve the issue. I’m really looking forward to the items I purchased and will write another review once I have received them.
I placed an order with several items that I was really looking forward to receiving. My order somehow got lost in transit. I reached out to the company and got a fairly quick response with instructions to wait for 3-5 more days. When the order still didn’t arrive, I reached out again and they have responded saying they will resend the order with express shipping. Hoping I receive the products soon. I do really appreciate the quick response and offered solution.
