★☆☆☆☆ Shipping is unbelievably slow and the tracking is terrible The shipping experience has been extremely frustrating. My package made it through the international portion of the journey relatively quickly, arrived in the U.S., cleared import, and was handed over to the local carrier. After that, the tracking basically became useless. It sat on “Batch delivery to carrier” for days with no meaningful update. Then, after repeatedly checking the tracking, I eventually found out that it had actually been loaded onto a vehicle, departed a facility, and arrived at another facility — updates that apparently took a significant amount of time to show up. The package is now sitting at another facility with no clear indication of when it will actually be delivered. The biggest problem isn’t even just the shipping speed; it’s the lack of timely and useful tracking information. As a customer, you’re left wondering whether your package is moving at all. I understand that international shipping can take time, but this level of uncertainty and delayed tracking is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend offering a more reliable shipping option. I won’t be choosing Yanwen again.
