Lousy customer service
Submit a feedback that delivery was incorrect via whatsapp, agent responded few hours later. Agent expect me to standby my phone and responded to them immediately? Just less than 8 mins receiving their message, they wanted to close the conversation as i was driving and could not respond. Dont know why merchant want to use SPX.
