Claire is exceptional in Customer Service
Claire is exceptional at her role in customer service. She is prompt in responses and is very helpful with locating parts and applying warranty coverages. I appreciate the extra effort to help out with questions regarding parts/service, and she helps bridge the gaps in questions between the engineering and the me as a customer.
