Installer who went bankrupt during installation
2x 10KTL3-XH (BP) + 30Kw APX + 15Kw ARC + Shinemaster-X The installer failed to configure my system correctly before going bankrupt. I contacted Growatt Sweden’s support team, which has been outstanding in resolving my issue. The problems were identified, and firmware upgrades were carried out smoothly as solutions were found.
