We are very disappointed with Batik Air Malaysia. We had two flights with the same airline during our trip, and unfortunately, both were delayed. The first flight was delayed by approximately 1 hour, and the second one was delayed by more than 5 hours. This caused significant inconvenience and forced us to contact our hotel to inform them that we would arrive much later than expected. What is even more disappointing is that no compensation or any form of commercial gesture was offered for these major delays. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. We expected much better service and communication from the airline. Based on our experience, we would think twice before booking another flight with Batik Air Malaysia.
