I saw the Hozo NeoBlade in May of 2025 as an ad on Kickstarter and read about it and it fit what I needed as I struggled to cut doors and windows out of wood for O Scale structure I waited for some time and was leerious as it was coming out of China and I stayed the course and got the product and started to use it immediately and all my correspondence was with a really nice lady Jaden Chen. So then in April of this year there seemed to be a problem with the charging of the battery even after buying a charging station but through the thoughtful help of Jaden we solved the problem and she sent me a replacement and since then it gets used on a daily or sometimes weekly basis but with the extra knife blades I am always trying to find ways to use it as I build my O Scale crafts from wood to resin. I then tried to buy the NeoSander through Kickstart and did not have the funds as a NonProfit sometimes funds are just not there when you need them. So I started working with another really nice and especially helpful lady Luna and through some frustration of the website and living in Canada and codes I finally purchase the NeoSander Combo which I am excited to receive and use as I have tried other devices but sent them back as they were cheap and the truth stands you get what you pay for. If the Sander is anything like the cutter it will be worthy of my work and I know that I have found a great company and excellent people to work with which is hard to find anywhere in the world today but especially from China where there seems to be so much poor quality products on the market but Hozo I will continue to support their products and I am looking forward to the next hobby tool that they will design and distribute.
