I purchased the NeoBlade and the NeoSander second hand and was having an issue with the NeoBlade charging. I wrote to support and explained what was happening and even told them it was second hand. They still helped me troubleshoot the problem and got the charging working again. Most company's would have just tried to get money out of me or hot helped at all. Customer service has been friendly and helpful so far. I contacted HOZO because unused 180-grit sanding strips were peeling off their backing sheets. They acknowledged the issue and passed it on for review, promising an email follow-up within 24 hours. The issue hasn’t been resolved yet, but I’ve had a positive experience with the support so far.
I saw the Hozo NeoBlade in May of 2025 as an ad on Kickstarter and read about it and it fit what I needed as I struggled to cut doors and windows out of wood for O Scale structure I waited for some time and was leerious as it was coming out of China and I stayed the course and got the product and started to use it immediately and all my correspondence was with a really nice lady Jaden Chen. So then in April of this year there seemed to be a problem with the charging of the battery even after buying a charging station but through the thoughtful help of Jaden we solved the problem and she sent me a replacement and since then it gets used on a daily or sometimes weekly basis but with the extra knife blades I am always trying to find ways to use it as I build my O Scale crafts from wood to resin. I then tried to buy the NeoSander through Kickstart and did not have the funds as a NonProfit sometimes funds are just not there when you need them. So I started working with another really nice and especially helpful lady Luna and through some frustration of the website and living in Canada and codes I finally purchase the NeoSander Combo which I am excited to receive and use as I have tried other devices but sent them back as they were cheap and the truth stands you get what you pay for. If the Sander is anything like the cutter it will be worthy of my work and I know that I have found a great company and excellent people to work with which is hard to find anywhere in the world today but especially from China where there seems to be so much poor quality products on the market but Hozo I will continue to support their products and I am looking forward to the next hobby tool that they will design and distribute. Had issues with shipping and was a little concerned. Hozo did reach out to me and monitored my shipment till it arrived at which point they emailed me to confirm I received my order. For this I am appreciative of the customer service.
This ultrasonic blade is expensive but it works really well. In fact compared with others that cost a lot less they are useless by comparison. I am really impressed with the ease that it cuts all the materials suggested but also it’s a joy to use.
This company and there prodicus are 1000% worth the money. I purchased the neo sander and neo blade on a great deal as a treat for myself. The tools are definitely a high end and neiche for my hobbies of model making and leather working. I had looked at cheaper options and knock off brands but decided to try hozo's products after reading reviews. I have been blown away by the design and functionality of their tools. They are amazing and well though out. When an issue occured with the neo sander, where the metal collar had cracked, customer service was on top of it and sent me a replacement. This is one of the few companies that will have my brand recomendations.

Just awful, parcel stopped tacking for a week & getting any help is like pulling teeth & this is despite paying for the insurance. I'll not bother next time or use an alternative
Should be ZERO Stars really. Despite all the Marketing Hype the Neoblade is just a hot knife with PETG & ASA Sticky melted mess that Sticks to part & Blade making the blade useless. Also will NOT cut 3mm Bamboo dowels without burning & more pressure to cut than my craft Knife. Absolute rubbish just an expensive paperweight. DONT BUY just buy a decent Craft Knife
I bought the Hozo NeoBlade Ultrasonic cutter. Unfortunately, it came with only a US charger (which is a criminal offence in the UK), and it's not just a simple matter of buying an adapter, which you shouldn't have to do anyway, as it requires a 40-watt charger. Hozo customer service simply don't respond, so their promises of 14-day return guarantees are completely useless, and I'm left with an expensive product I can't use.
NeoBlade cuts resin beautifully. I can't hear a thing, though my cat hates it lol. She still prefers my old knife!
Ordered their M-cube modular laser & level measurment device. Unfortunately the gyroscope that is used for leveling was shipped broken with my unit. After several attempts to calibrate and factory reset the device I sent an email to the Hozo. I'm still waiting on a response and hope that they rectify this issue promptly. Will update my experience as per Hozo's addressing of this issue. Update - Hozo honored their warrenty and sent a new replacement unit. I'm happy with their handling of the return!
