I was contacted after this review and parts were shipped and I made the repair, so far so good so I would give them a 3 out 5⭐ 1/5 — Very Disappointed With Product Reliability and Customer Support I purchased a PMST Loop machine directly from the MTS factory online and received it in January 2026. I also purchased the optional mattress mat, which was an additional $800. The equipment was shipped directly to me from China. Unfortunately, within less than a year, I have already had multiple problems. The mattress mat stopped working, and then the double-loop attachment also stopped working due to an apparent burned-out/damaged plug. What is most disappointing is the lack of customer support. I have contacted the company multiple times through their “Contact Us” email regarding warranty coverage and asking how to proceed with getting these issues repaired or replaced. So far, I have received no response. For equipment at this price point, I expected much better reliability and, at a minimum, a response when requesting warranty assistance. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend purchasing this equipment. If the company responds and properly addresses the warranty issues, I would be willing to update my review. Until then, the lack of customer service after the sale is extremely disappointing.
