The shipping is terrible now
The shipping is terrible now! Used to be in bambu boxes and everything was packed tightly. I guess you have a different company shipping fot you because just whatever boxes you have laying around and just a couple air pillows. Filament arrives beat up inside because they are not packed tight. Last order had 2 lost rolls because they box tore open. Now asking me to pay extra to insure the package arrives properly? No, that is your responsibility not might and I should not have to pay for your lack of business sense.
