We are very disappointed with Airpaz
We are very disappointed with Airpaz. Our flight with Wings Air had to be cancelled due to the eruption of Mount Lewotobi. We requested a full refund for the cancelled flight, but Airpaz sent us a refund voucher instead. However, we will no longer be travelling and therefore we will not be able to use this voucher. We would like to receive the full refund directly to our bank account, rather than in the form of a voucher. Unfortunately, Airpaz has stopped responding to our emails, and we have still not received a satisfactory solution. We kindly ask you to process the refund to our original payment method as soon as possible.
