They get two stars for being very polite. Helpful is another issue. They sent me several parts that were a pain to put in that only led to more errors. I had the printer for 3 months and it was clearly a lemon. But no credits or refunds were issued. They do not care that I paid money for a bad printer. I have other, excellent Bambu printers so I know they are not all like this one was. But rather than reward my loyalty they strung me along for weeks until I rage quit and threw that printer in the garbage.
