We took this tour guide company via Trip.com to Fukuoka in Sept 2026 I specifically requested for an english speaking guide however what we got were more of mandarin speaking than english. My husband & I are very disappointed as we didnt get the explanation thoroughly like a mandarin speaking ppl.. for those non mandarin speaking in the bus were bored to death listening to 30 mins mandarin speech whereas less thn 10 mins in english .. this is the only complaint as for sideseeing there were great
