I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely unprofessional, offensive, and unacceptable behavior of one of your delivery drivers. The delivery was delayed by a full day. The driver informed us that the package would be left at a local grocery store at 9:00 AM the following morning. However, the package was not there, and he refused to answer my phone calls. When he finally handled the delivery, he completely ignored me—despite the package being in my name and me being a legal adult. Instead, he dealt exclusively with my younger brother while taking my ID card. When I confronted him about this lack of respect, he claimed that his mother instructed him "never to speak to women." More critically, he used severe, abusive profanity toward both me and my father. This behavior is completely unacceptable, hostile, and unsafe. I strongly urge you to review your hiring process and vet your employees more thoroughly. I am currently hesitant to submit a formal complaint or provide my name, as this driver is highly unstable and I fear for my safety.
