Bad X2d printer and customer service
I bought a x2d printer and it was not functioning after few prints. All the trouble shootings qr codes etc were different and many were not addressing the issues. Some were even asking to change the mother board etc. Asked for a refund with the used new filiments and it's been a week back amd forward messaging. No shipping label have been provided. Online chat is also useless keep saying wait the support or logistics to contact.
