Your customer support is horrible and I haven’t talked to a live person and nobody wants to reach out to me. Nobody wants to email me. Nobody seems to give a shit or care about anything that has to do with my needs or what I want and you know we spend all this money and when things go wrong, we have nobody to help us. We have an AI assistant and then we have to play games and hope somebody emails us back. I want to take I want to use my warranty. My machine is not working. I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars I want my machine working. I’m literally trying to buy two more bambu machines and when something goes wrong with a machine like this it I can’t get the right customer service, you lose me as a customer and you’re going to end up doing that a lot with people because this is ridiculous I’ve emailed. You know I can’t call? Because you don’t have a PHONE NUMBER.
