I accidentally ordered a free bracelet…
I accidentally ordered a free bracelet and was charged $19.80 for shipping. Truthfully, I thought I deleted from cart. The bracelet never arrived even though they had a picture. Did they take it back after the picture? I have lived here 3 years and no packages have ever been stolen. They offered to replace finally and nothing arrived. Done with this company NOTE; order number provided before September
