BOOX Palma Pro 2 I purchased a Boox Palma Pro 2 directly from Boox August of 2026. I had heard that some people had trouble with direct orders so my other purchase, a Note Air 5C, I had purchased from Amazon in December 2025. However, this most recent purchase directly from the company was easy and the device arrived in the time that they stated on the website. I would purchase from them again.
