A warranty service that leaves a lot to be desired: you are expected to disassemble the printers yourself in order to repair them, as if everyone who buys them were a technician... There are absolutely no locations where you can take the products you purchased for warranty repairs, while premium printers can have their bearings come loose after only a few weeks... Premium only in the description, both when it comes to the products offered and the warranty services provided. I honestly do not understand how the European Union allows this kind of practice, because here in Europe, whenever you purchase a product, you are supposed to have somewhere you can take it for service. Nobody, absolutely nobody, should be asking the customer to disassemble and repair the product themselves. It is simply absurd. As for the support service, it is genuinely terrible. You receive a response only once every 24 hours, and if you have a problem, it can take weeks, as it has in my case, before you finally receive a solution. On top of that, some of the responses you receive make you feel as though you are not being taken seriously. When I decided to invest money in this brand, I had premium expectations. After almost a year of interacting with everything that comes with the Bambu Lab brand, I am left with the impression of a cheap, low-cost operation: low-cost services, low-cost products, low-cost warranty support, and customer support that falls below even that standard. I am planning to purchase approximately 8–10 more printers over the next few weeks, of various types—enclosed, open-frame, mini, standard-sized, and so on. However, based on my experience with your brand, I will most likely be turning to another manufacturer. Even if the investment is higher, I would rather choose a brand that is not based in China, so that I do not have to go through such unacceptable experiences when it comes to warranty service for the products I purchase.
