12-month subscription lasted less than a month – G2G closed the case as "final"
Order #1780512719340NYFY, Ticket 5813486. I bought "Cursor AI Pro Subscription 12 Months – Private Account (Global)" from seller AI_Cheap for 169.59 PLN. What I got was a Cursor Student subscription, not a private Pro account, and Cursor cancelled it after less than one month. The seller admitted the problem in the G2G chat, said he had asked his supplier for a new account and promised a replacement. He never delivered it and has been offline for about 2 months. G2G first answered with a generic refund-policy template. After I pointed out that the seller misrepresented the product, which breaks G2G's own Seller Rules, support replied that action against sellers and compensation for buyers are "assessed separately", and closed the case as final with no compensation. So on G2G a seller can sell a different product than listed, break a written promise and disappear, and the buyer gets nothing. The "12 months" in a listing title means nothing once the short protection window ends. I ask G2G to review this order properly.
