Avoid Novelship — Cancelling an Order Is Nearly Impossible
I had a very frustrating experience with Novelship. Cancelling an order or requesting a refund is a headache. They sent several emails asking me to confirm the cancellation within 48 hours, and even though I replied, they later claimed they never received my confirmation. I even provided email proof, but the matter was still handled poorly. The process was unnecessarily complicated, and the customer service felt incompetent and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I would not use Novelship again and would not recommend it to others.
