Bought their top of the line machine
Bought their top of the line machine, printed a benchy, and the second print failed, and apparently the motor that controls the print bed is bad. What bothers me most is there is no customer service number, no one to speak to and little to urgency to resolve the problem! I bought it a week ago and still haven’t been able to use it.
