I purchased the Q2/Box combo in March and with mild usage two of the filament bays have already failed with broken ratcheting drive gears causing failure to feed, jamming and filament breaks. Not happy :-( Update: I've been working a lot of OT and didn't have time to deal with tech support. I ordered new parts and resolved the issue. Cardboard spools build up a layer of dust on the drive rollers and the trend to start slipping rather than rolling which eventually digs a flat spot. For now I'm sealing the spool edges with thin CA until I have time to design and print new rollers with one way bearings.
