Shady offers and restocking fees
I purchased a lamp and decided to return it. The lamp was never used and was returned in completely intact, original packaging. KiKi Lighting themselves confirmed in writing that the lamp and packaging were “completely intact and unused” and that it fully met their return requirements. However, they informed me that I would have to pay a 20% “restocking fee“. What I find particularly concerning is that their own published return policy contains contradictory statements. They also started to give shady offers, if I would keep the lamp instead.
