I ran into a problem with my Qidi…
I ran into a problem with my Qidi X-Plus 3: I had a "blob of death" on my hotend, so I tried to switch to the second hotend. However, it didn't work, even though it was brand new. I contacted support, and they are now sending me a replacement hotend as a gesture of goodwill. Thanks to Eleanor from the support team, it should arrive very quickly and without any hassle. Many thanks to the entire Qidi support team—but especially to Eleanor—for the friendly, respectful, and pleasant, straightforward interaction. Keep up the great work! 👍🏻
