Total Rip-off: 480€ charged for 240€ tickets. Reported to CEC Spain
I bought 5 tickets for a trip in Poland. The official price on the PKP Intercity website was 240 EUR, but Rail Ninja charged me 480 EUR! They use misleading websites to make international travelers believe they are booking through the official Polish rail system. They hidden a 100% markup under service fees. I live in Spain and I have already filled an official fraud complaint with my bank (Banco Mediolanum) and the European Consumer Centre (CEC España).
