Very quick response
Only thing that was good is the response time. But the lack of accountability for the fault and will to financially help is why I put 1 star. Bambu lab should have somehow help cover the expenses for the repair. Even though the printer is out of warranty. I purchased bambu specifically for the brand name and what's stand for it. Apparently other then a nice diagnosis guide not much else.
